You may exchange your shoes for another size, color, or style within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for items that are unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-refundable items:  final sale items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

In the case of faulty or wrongly delivered items, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

We recommend trying your shoes on indoors to ensure fit before wearing them outside.

Any returns that show signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.
